I wonder if the success of the Percy Jackson film is making SyFy take a harder look at Ben Browder's "Going Homer" script? Or if as usual they are going to be late to the party. The guy who tweets for the channel spends alot of time defending the cancelling of their more original shows because of the numbers. Totally get this. Also get that wrestling gets numbers and "scary" is cheap to produce and must get numbers. It is sad that there is so little for the network to be critically proud of---"Going Homer" could be something they could do that would restore that to them.
